your body is the house for the holy spirit the lord wants you to get it in order he wants you to keep it pure and pleaseing in his sight. he wants you to get your heart right befor the lord. because the holy spirit will not stay in a house if they continue to sin .and if you havent ask the holy spirit to come in yet pray and ask jesus to send his holy spirit to come in and live in your heart. god wants you to put on the whole armer of god that you will be able to with stand the firey darts of the enemy. lord i pray bless this child for wanting to know more about your word in jesus name amen bless you hon we all have sin'd and came short of the glory of god but we ask him to for give us and help us not to sin against him and god is just and will for give us your sister in christ sharon

Hello Anna: You first need to know that this subject which you are implying pertains to many verses in the Bible. It had a lot to do with many things, that God required of a person: meaning whether it was a sacrifice, or preparing for death, and waiting for an answer from God, offerring of sacrifices and so on etc;. As Sharon has discuss it has to do with preparation, or toset in order the things that Good required of people in that time. I believe if we are to get our house in order that would require many things from every individual or as a group of people. Especially those who are saved from the death to life. In getting our house ready for Christ return we should be busy doing what the Lord has asked us to do, that is His will, which contain us being obedient before the Lord, confessing sin, living righteously before God and making sure that we continue to love one another with much of God's love that he has given to us. I pray that this helps you, and continue to search God's loving word, the word that gives life and the word that continues to live ineach of us as we grow toward spiritual maturity.
